Food according to the Five Elements

According to the Chinese conception everything in nature and in the body is functioning according to the relations of the five basic elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water.

Here you've got a list of foods which will help you to balance your body and soul.

A balanced person will enjoy a variety of all foods of all elements. If there is a disliking of a special group the body probably doesn’t need any more of this element. If there is a strong like for a certain group, it shows an imbalance in this certain element and you should consider a check up.
